SHIPPING, LOCAL DELIVERY & PICKUP POLICY

FUTURE SHIPPING
CC Aquatics does not currently offer shipping. Nationwide shipping is coming soon. This policy will be updated before shipping begins to include applicable shipping areas, rates, delivery procedures, and live-arrival terms.

CC Aquatics currently offers local pickup and local delivery for eligible orders. 

LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available by arrangement. Once your order is ready, we will contact you with pickup instructions. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery is available within our designated delivery area. Available delivery options, applicable fees, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Because our inventory includes live aquatic products, customers are responsible for being available to receive their order at the agreed delivery time. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to a scheduled delivery.

LIVE CORALS & PHYTOPLANKTON
Live products require proper handling and care after pickup or delivery. Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt. Any concerns regarding the condition of a live product must be reported in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
